Hi,

I just purchased Supreme Commander Gold through impulse. I completed the transaction, but at the end it said [No serial number required]. I was like, ok, it must just not have been processed yet. So I've waited several minutes and checked again. I've checked my registered programs and there is no SC to be found. I've had my registrations sent to me via email and SC gold shows up in the list, but where the serial number is displayed it says [No serial number required]. I've checked my credit card and it has a $29.99 pending charge. Am I just missing something? Any and all help with this matter would be appreciated.

Edit: Its been several days now and still no reply from SD. Granted one of those was a sunday, but still. I really want to play my SC that I purchased. I feel like I'm caught in limbo.  I'm down $30 and dont have the product I purchased.

Edit: You guys at stardock rock! Techsupport contacted me today, apologized due to issues on their end with SCgold and fixed my account so I now have access to the SC games. Thank you so much for the prompt and polite response. I look forward to purchasing many more products from you in the future!
